For me and I have taken many friends since is without question Michaels. We first went there on a recommendation from Anthony Curtis of Las Vegas Advisor, about 15 years ago when Michaels was located at The Barbary Coast. It has since relocated at SouthPoint. Old School with red velvet and cherry oak and stain glass. The food is exquisite. The staff and presentation is perfect. I could go on and on yet I promise you it is an experience like no other. It is worth every penny spent. Check it out on the web and then go in person. Awesome!:00hour

when Aria opened ..they had all u kin scarf lobster on the buffet..may have been Wicked Spoon at Cosmo but don't think so........i had so much lobster day after day thought i may grow claws....
Best days since when i lived in Antigua and got em fresh out a the ocean every morning from fishermen...

my favorite meal (bang for the buck) was Wynn Casino Buffet, back when they had King Crab...here is pix of my second plate:
Lamb T-bone with white bean pure?
Alaskan crab legs (they saw them in half for ya!)
Mediterranean ceviche (shrimp, beans, lemon oil, olives, artichoke)
Herb crusted Salmon with dashi mushroom + miso sauce (excellent!!)
Tempura shrimp sushi
Swordfish in some preparation I forgot
Tandoor Ahi (really superb! They have an actual tandoor oven..)
free range jerk chicken with pineapple chutney
mussels in saffron cream sauce
large slice cotswold cheese
