What if you can't get money?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, so bear with me...

I made a pretty big withdrawal (by my standards). I've never had a problem withdrawing money and have been with this book for about 6 years.

I mostly used Citadel and the money went from my checking account on deposits and back to checking acct. on withdrawals.

I had to use a credit card recently. Now that I make a withdrawal..after a few days I get an email saying they contacted that card and I had the wrong address listed. I verified both online and on the phone and they do indeed have my correct address.

I emailed them and haven't heard back. I chatted online with someone at my betting site this morning and they said they would look into it and I'd hear back within 24 hours.

Its still too early to panic but I'm getting worried. If they don't want to send it, am I pretty much just screwed?

Is there anything I can possibly do other than send emails asking for my money?

This whole situation is such bullshit.

No, not yet. I did an online chat a couple days ago and they said they would re-submit it and email me within 48 hours....

The thing that worries me is that their customer service has always been very good. Now, they are not replying to my emails.

I am hoping that they just tried to match my old address with the new one when they contacted my credit card and its just a misunderstanding.

Its $1,500 which is a good chunk of change for me. I don't know how big that is to them, but like I say, I've never had a problem with them. Withdrew $1,800 before and it was sent within a few days.

Thanks for the concern and I'll let you know if I get an email this weekend.

Thanks man. Funniest thing is....since I did the withdraw, I've been making a lot of money. LOL. Its amazing.

My account was down to $900 and its up to about $2,200. After a huge losing streak, how amazing it will be if I can't get my money while on a winning streak.

I still hold hope, and I'll keep u updated...

Just chatted with my site. They said it was processed today and will be sent shortly. I've got my fingers crossed.

I'm hoping the problem was that they used my old address and it didn't match the current one on my card/bank. If that's the case, it was still their error b/c I updated the address when I did the withdrawal. Also, their email to me was worded in a way that said my current address (they listed it) didn't match my bank address.

I don't mind if its an error, what I do mind is that I've emailed a couple times and gotten no response.

I used to just use Citadel and money would go back and forth, but now can't use that any more.

Anyway, I think its good news, but I'll be a lot happier when I actually see the money.

Can't get an email from them to save my life, but chatted again just now.

This is what they said, so again, sounds promising. Whole thing is very frustrating though.

I was using Citadel for a long time. Money going to and from checking account directly.

I used a credit card recently. Probably a month ago. They sent the check fed-ex. I just hope theres no problem cashing it. I don't think there will be.
