Saw something about soft shell crabs the other day and I wondered how I had never had them. I have no doubt I would love them!

I had pho for the first time a few weeks ago loved it. I even ate other Vietnamese food on the menu that I hadn't ever heard of before, let alone couldn't pronounce.

The single one thing I would like to try - and I am VERY STUBBORN about is ramen. I would love to try it. The thing is though, I don't want my first bowl to be in America. Fuck that shit. I want to go to Japan and try it there first. Too many people say, "Awww naww, you gotta try this one place in this nearby city, THE OWNER IS ACTUALLY FROM JAPAN!!! Nope. I'm too committed to food.

Soft shell is tasty as can be. Fried or saut?ed.

I know you come around here fairly often..... next time I'll point you in the direction of a couple of top-notch soft shell crab dishes.

I do a quick ss crab dish from time to time....saute one large or 2 small crabs in olive oil and wrap in a pita spread with hummus. I made this sandwich based on ingredients available in my house one day a few years back. One hell of a combination, even though probably doesn't sound like it

Kin is a delicious Ramen House in New Orleans. The oxtail with soft poached egg Ramen is out of sight...... delicious broth with some crispy oxtail debris and al dente ramen made in house......about the Best $14 plus tax and tip you can spend on a full meal.

Next time you're in the area, I'll take you there myself

Kimchi isn't something I've had a ton of, but I do have it Korean taco truck. Goes well with sweet charred Korean bbq

Joker, I kind of understand wanting authentic ramen, but look at it this way. Think how much sushi u wouldn't have eaten if u had waited for that too.

I had my first ramen out in Vegas a few years ago, and I have eaten it several times since. I enjoy it it a lot, but it's not for Jack.
