Mo.
I think the debit card would be easier IF it works.
Mine won't work with sportsbooks.
Seems ridiculous to me.
After all, it's MY money.

Netteller is (of course) a two step process.
Transfer to netteller, then to the book.
Or from the book to netteller, then netteller to you or another book.
There are various delays and fees depending on the method of transfer you choose.
Deposits made by electronic funds transfer take 2-4 business days and cost $10.
You have to give them access to your bank account and there's a verification process you have to go through.
The books usually charge around 4% for a netteller payout.
See http://www.netteller.com.

The easiest way I've found to transfer funds
BETWEEN books is the direct transfer offered by Curacao books.
You just notify both books of what you want to do by phone or email.
Give them your name and account number and your account number at the other book.
It'll be done in minutes and it's totally free.
The books I have done this with include Game Day, Aces Gold, and Top of the World.
There are a bunch of others that do it to.
Vinny at Gameday told me he can do it with any book in Curacao.
