What is the legal status of offshore books?

Does anyone know how the wind blows as far as our Big Bro government's attitude towards internet gambling?

Is it on their hit list? Is this a gray area that the gov can choose to interpret or selectively enforce when it suits them or is it very black and white?

there are no concrete answers at this point. not uncomfortable at all, there's just nothing to report.

Thanks Jack. I have refrained from entering any of the contests because of a fear that I'll end up on some customer list that gets turned over to morality police. (Also don't want to get calls from touts) Perhaps one or both of these fears are unfounded...just don't know.
