It just seems stupid of him to come out and say he will end birthright citizenship. The election is coming up and all he can do is lose votes by saying this. He already has the votes from the people who agree with him. No need to open his mouth at this point.

He can rile up the racists and die hard Repubicans, but he has a knack for turning off everyone else. This is why the die hards refuse to accept that he's a loser. They love the message.
