i love spicy food and when food isnt spicy i add hot sauce.

is there anything better than turnip greens or lady peas(southern veggies) with hot sauce? add to gumbo or chili so it hits you in the right spot!

what's your favorite?

I remember a time about 2 years ago putting roughly a teaspoon of Dave's Insanity sauce on a BBQ sandwich....the next 2 hours were not a pleasant experience....mouth burning and constantly salivating....no amounts of water or beer could extinguish that fire....have stayed away from all those types at "firehouse subs" and at the grocery store ever since then....

any of you guys have Fireshouse subs near you...like them much better than Subway/Quizno's

That super rediculous hot stuff is OK once in a while, but for everyday hot wings you can't beat Quaker Steak and Lube.

If you have one near you then you know what I am talking about.
