Man, had an amazing dinner last night which brings up the subject. Ate at MF Sushi in Inman Park here in Atlanta with Customers and everything was the best. We had Uni, toro, old toro (melts in your mouth), Baked Lobster Tempura, A5 Wagu beef (SHEESH!!!), spicy tuna roll like none other, etc. etc. Damn we tried a lot.

So with that said, I ALWAYS get Toro and Uni if available (my go to is RuSans here in Buckhead for price and availability) and I love shrimp tempura rolls.

Love making my own with sushi grade salmon and tuna and yellowtail from the Buford Farmers Market here on Buford Highway. Local madjackers, you have to shop here if you can.

What say you??

I only ate it once and have no idea what I ate. It was okay but I need to go with someone that knows.

I am a basic shrimp tempura and California roll guy. Wine, we ate at a buckhead sushi place many moons ago and it was awesome. Seemed to me to have a red lighted sign on the front and was very fancy and crowded but cannot remember the name.

Mine was an independent Japanese steakhouse in South Carolina. It was Atlantic Blue Fin with eel sauce topped with roe. Real roe. Not the fake shit. It was simple. Not a lot added to it. Clean. Fresh. Crazy expensive. I think it was 25 or more a roll. I didn't pay. Company did. I had two.

If you come down sometime Jack, I will take you to some real sushi. You liking seafood like you do will appreciate it, I want to think. I could be wrong. Good sushi has no fishy taste, and can have so many different flavors. It's the texture thing that gets to people, and sight, knowing it is raw in most cases.
