I took the rams to start the game even though a couple of people warned me not to. I also noticed that Volfan was on the Pats and in my opinion he had the best nfl season of anyone out there, and he truly had a handle on the nfl this season. But the biggest piece of advice I was given was this, "have you ever, in the history of the nfl, heard of a team that has won 8 straight games and is getting 14 points, I don't think so. But I still ignore this advice. The fact of the matter is this line was a gift, and I learned that all the hype was on the rams, not the pats. Luckily, I bet the pats +9.5 big in the 2nd half and that clutch kicker knocked one through to make me a small profit on the game. I'm a huge bills fan and the set-up gave me a flash back to the norwood game as the rams would've almost certainly won if the game went to ot. And then over 30 people at my house started chanting NORWOOD,NORWOOD,NORWOOD.... and I thought for sure he was gonna miss it, but Viniateri calmly kicked it through and I'd have to say he is the greatest kicker ever. I guess my point is that you've gotta take the big number when in doubt. And it truly is the year of the PATRIOT!!!!!!!
