I've used the following with success but am curious about Vividseats.com:

Ticketmaster resale
Stubhub
SeatGeek
EBAY
FanExchange

I've never had a problem with any of them. I use them for Pens tickets sometimes, but mostly for when my daughter and her friends want to go to a concert. None of them are very tall so I gotta pony up for tickets in row A of a section or VIP seats. Fortunately for the bands they like the tickets aren't in super demand or super expensive.

I do see VIP seats for a show her and her friends want to see available on Vividseats.com but I have never used them. Have any of you used them or any others I didn't list with success?

Thanks

SeatGeek's customer service is a joke, so I would avoid them due to that.

GameTime, Rukkus, Ticket Monster, Viagogo all have great people. I imagine Vivid/SH fees are through the roof given they are 2 of the most popular.

Funny story. Last year in LV I had a vivid seats lanyard on and some random guy walked up to me and asked if I worked for Vivid porn :mj07:

What show are they looking for?

Ive used vivid one time with no problems. I was a little worried because their price was by far the cheapest but the tickets worked just fine.

event/local facebook groups, sometimes people are selling left over tickets for decent prices just to get quickly rid of them but you need to follow those closely and be quick. nothing guaranteed of course.

mentioned ticketmaster and ebay have been good. once i bought tickets from ebay, payed them trough paypal and this person dropped them to hotel where i was going a few weeks later (London)...

I'm in the minority here because until I did a search for these particular tickets I had never even heard of Vivid. I was concerned they were some small fly by night outfit. Guess not.

Sorry that was bad info on the 15% that email was just for me as a past customer. I would sign up for an account https://www.vividseats.com/vivid-values they email me coupons all the time. To end on a good note
I'm getting to see G N R again August 2nd in Denver :00hour

Thanks again.

We didn't get a second show in Pittsburgh likely because the first one didn't sell out. I did get to see that show and it was awesome.

Vivid prob the 2nd largest reseller after StubHub.

Btw, the tickets you see on StubHub are likely the same owner as Vivid, SeatGeek, TM Resale, GameTime, RazorGator, etc....That company is just giving whomever owns the seats a cheaper seller fee, as a result the seller is willing to drop the price, thus you see cheaper tickets.

Baseball, Id use StubHub because they have a direct deal with MLB and when someone lists their tickets on there, the barcodes are re-issued so you don't have to worry about issues at the gate.

I like GameTime because of their mobile app and customer service is top notch.
