Rix has looked sharp, and is 5-of-6 on the game. Why does old man Bowden keep bringing in McPherson, with whom every pass looks like a potential disaster?

He has no faith in Rix...wanted to make sure they at least got a couple of FG's out of those drives rather than a turnover.
Extremely frustrating to say the least for Clemson backers..and the Minny/Illini Over...feel like giving the TV discus toss after suffering through those two games.

I hear you. I had a bunch of games like that last weekend.
As far as him having no faith in Rix, I don't see why. The kids got a lot of talent and its not like he's screwing up that much. McPherson hadno business playing. Bobby should look at his D-backs if he wants to know why they aren't the dominant team they should be.

Tell me about it Hoops Illinois was very frustrating to watch last night, I told you they lacked intensity and confidence. what a bunch of bums, and then how about F.S.U. pulling a cover out of their ass whe they were neck and neck all game. Oh well let's get back on track tonight.

maybe I am upset because I was on Clemson last night but I thought that the pass interference call on 3rd down in the 4th quarter was ridiculous (FSU scored a touchdown on the following 1st down). I guess you expect some "home calls" but I didn't really see it.
