What the hell is the deal with Infinity and Neteller????

After deciding to withdraw the remaining funds from Infinity (very small amount) I designated them to go to my Neteller account. This was on September 10th. The withdrawal is still showing as pending.

What is the freaking deal with this place? Over a week to get a deposit back to Neteller?

After a week, the money has gone from pending in my Neteller account, to just back in my Infinity account?

What the hell is the deal at this place? I wait for the remainder of my account to be cashed out for a week, then suddenly the withdrawal is declined and the money ends up back in my Infinity account?

call and talk to andrew only. if you still have a problem, send me an email and i'll look into it. i would have called the next day if it was still pending in my neteller acct to find out why. sometimes you have to 'accept' a neteller payment. maybe, since it wasn't accepted, they had to put it back in your acct. might be neteller's fault, might be infinity's fault and might be your fault :shrug:

don't let things like that slide. it was still pending the next day so i think you should have inquired at that time. know what i mean?

you've had a hellava month with things not being done on time, huh? cable, furniture, your money offshore. what next?

i was supposed to move into my new home the first week of october and just found out the kitchen cabinets won't be delivered until october 17th. UGH! another month living here.

The only option I have is to Cancel it.

I have sent an email to Infinity and am waiting on a response.

sounds like they forgot to finalize it on their end. that has happened to me before with several books and i always start bugging them within hours if it's still pending.

like i said, if you have a problem, let me know and i'll fix it.
