He's guilty of paying off a porn star to shut her up, that isn't deniable. The question is whether he will be found guilty of a felony over his intentions. That's going to be hard to prove but I think the testimony shows he knew it would damage his campaign and it was election interference.
i think the REAL question is... if they convict him, will the judge have the stones to actually sentence him to prison time?
