Just means he's fine.
He was giving up homers when he was healthy
They broke him when he was young. Too bad. Could have been one of the all time greats. Great guy with a competitive attitude. (unlike most of the organization)

Yeah, I'm from Chi town - I remember they used to pitch that poor guy until his arm was ready to fall off!!! It wasn't uncommon for him to throw 110+ pitches and people wonder why he need TJ surgery!!
