I read somewhere one time that a major league player was being paid ten dollars per ball he signed with his autograph.
They wanted him to sign 300 a day five days a week for a specified time period. The numbers work out to 3,000 dollars a day and over a half a million for six months.
The guy got tired of doing and told them to shove it. He said his arm hurt. I think the players are making too much money. If that were me I would have carpal wrist syndrome, be in a cast in the hospital and still signing them 300 balls a day!
