The era of books giving out free money came to an end. Remember this was $100 per week for 45 weeks of the year, so that's $4500 in prize money!

99% of gamblers lose then you throw in horse racing and other forms of gambling. Bookmakers absolutley creme it, 4500 per year is nothing to them.
