Just got a Simply computers offers sheet in the post...
They have a very nice looking Acer Travelmate notebook...
1.3 processor, 128 ram, 20gb hard drive, etc...
only ?699 (ex VAT)
and Kerr did win... go on treat yourself...

Problem is not really hardware, but the data, software and macros that are on the laptop. It is only at times like this that you realise how infrequently you back up your most important files :nooo:

Sounds very much like an hardware problem to me...
if the hardware hadn't failed again... the backup wouldn't be required... now come on... the forum members want to see the colour of your cash... you can't take it with you when you die you know.... all those winners.... you must be rolling in it

Sounds very much like an hardware problem to me...
