In order to get the bucs at +11.5 the line would have to be 4.5. On the flip side of that, if the number is 4.5 then you would only catch Philly gettin 1.5 , not 2.5. Either way Fred- You gotta go with the better team here and Philly gettin any points at home is lookin awfully sweet !!!
