It's been a while since I have requested a Moneygram withdrawal but today I did.

Yesterday I tried and the clerk told me that TheGreek had already accepted the maximum withdrawal $ amount for the day and I had to try again today.

So today the withdrawal was processed and for $500 it cost me $54 fee. I really don't mind paying the fee since normally it is fast, guaranteed and convenient.

But this time she told me it may take up to 48 hours to get the $. What's the deal with this? In the past it was available after 5pm central.

Anyone have this similiar situation??

I think saying up to 48 hours is just a precaution. It works out for both sides. They give it to you earlier on time like normal and you are happy or if there is a problem they have extra time up to 48 hours.

I have never had a problem with anything from the greek. I really wouldnt worry.
