whats the difference

How come whenever I watch the follow ups on debates and public appearances on tv and the new stations have analysts on you can see the blatant difference between dems and pubs?

When a right winger is asked about the debate they will usually talk about both candidates and the good and bad points or each of them

When a left winder is asked about the debate they will ONLY say Kerry dominated, had zero flaws, and Bush was lying every time he opened his mouth

I mean, WTF? :shrug:

It makes me want to run down the street and scream for people to stop the hippy whining

Marine not sure what channel you saw.. I just got done watching cnn and ken mehlman for Bush team said Bush dominated from start to finish. McCurry from team Kerry was more reserved.

My point is I hate to listen to the spin after, why do we need have people tell us what we saw?

All Majors, ABC,CBS, NBC will say Kerry won. They all hate Bush. I don't know what they saw but I saw President Bush lay out for the world to see that Kerry would make a TERRIBLE president. Kerry for 20 years got paid for not showing up to vote for hardly anything. He is a person who lives off his wifes and wants the government to do the same for the people (Pay for everything) He if elected would be a great mistake and flush us all down the toilet.

I sure don't know where the above reports come from but here is results from AP this morning and both these polls are from liberal media.

An instant ABC News poll suggested that the voters who tuned in for the Friday night debate picked Kerry the winner by a narrower margin than the first debate. This time, the quick poll showed 44 percent of voters saying Kerry won, 41 percent favoring Bush and 13 percent declaring a tie. The two men fared about equally in a poll of debate viewers by CNN-USA Today-Gallup. Asked who did a better job, 47 percent said Kerry and 45 percent said Bush.

I challenge Davidj or anyone else whom thinks Bush has been a great president to list 10 good things that Bush has done as President and all ten cannot contain contain the words terror in them? I tried to list ten and could only come up with four, now if William Clinton had the same piss poor track record of achievement when he was President they Republicans would be calling for his head. The Republican party has went extremely adrift since the days of Ronald Reagan and a person whom truly believes in the philosophy of Reagan would now be voting with the Libertarian party as the Reagan ideals now fall into the beliefs of that party and no where near the beliefs of Bush and Cheney.

DTB that is how i saw it, Slight edge kerry, but being that Im voting for him I'll call it a draw. There was no clear cut winner in my eyes. Now remember I called the vp debate for cheney, until fact check debunked him

Clem I think it was pretty close--but then again I am biased but sure was much better than 1st one.

MC I can sum up why I like Bush over Kerry in one statement.

He's not afraid to make unpopular decisions.

My biggest gripe is he spends like a liberal

Guy"s, what you don't understand is Bush got into office with the economy in the shitter. 8 months into his term, we were attacked and lost 3000 souls. Thats more than we lost at pearl harbor!! Now with the twin towers down and all the people killed the stock market fell way down. HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of people lost their jobs!!!! Now I ask you was that President bush fault? HELL no !! MC, economy was tanking when Clinton was leaving. Bush can't just flick a switch and make it all better. Policy from previous 8 years was in place and running when Bush got there. As example, a cut in the fed interest rate take 6-9 months to start effecting the economy. Policy changes just don't happen.
