Just on the off chance that personnel from these books read these comments, here's what kills Diamond in this player's eyes: lousy withdrawal options - incredibly high fees combined with ridiculous wait times.
Their fedex fee is $60 to $75.
Or, get free regular mail bank draft, which takes 30 days, and you can only get up to $2500.
Those are spectacularly unattractive options.
Not only is the fedex fee double what it should be, you don't even get the fedex package for 7-10 business days. I mean, my god, the whole point of fedex is overnight. You have to wait half a month and pay practically $100 to get money out by fedex?

I tried to collect a couple months ago through regular mail, never made it. Twice!! Not sure how much I trust them???:shrug:
They pay, but slow and expensive. Just took out 7k yesterday by bank wire - 7 to 10 business days. How can a bank wire take 7-10 days. Their checks come out of Canada, Texas and Florida.
Same with FedEx - $60 bucks or more and 7-10 days. Other than that, good book with nice loyalty program. Offer a lot of stuff, but not as much as 5 Dimes or Pinny.

You ever get paid? I requested a withdrawel on 11/27 and still have not seen it. They said it could take up to 30 BUSINESS days. WOW.
Been using 5dimes recently. Above and beyond the best book I have used.
Gave up and just using them to play some bowl games. I'm small bettor. After bowl season I'll do the bank wire. Then will take it all and close the account. Follow up with a call after a while because they don't tell you they got the check back, if they did ever send it. Said that nobody was around to receive the mail on my end. Funny as I had it sent to my business open 8-5 M-F.:shrug: Other than getting the money for me, they are good.
