I'll tell you what they did that to me on Sunday morning at 11:30am. A week or so after I opened the account.
Completely locked me out of my account. I had no idea I had to send all the stuff for using my method of deposit.
Now they were nice about it, but still I didnt appreciate it at all. Send me an email or something first, just dont lock my account w/o any notice especially on a Sat or Sunday morning :nono:

On another note, did you know that if you accept a bonus, initial or re-load, that they dont allow you to request a withdraw until the rollover has been met.
Now I understand most books will make take away the bonus but you can withdraw your $ at any time once the funds have cleared.
I think that is crazy especially for re-loads.

Yeah, I had the same problem today. I was locked out as well. I got the email and was aware I had to send in information but hadn't got around to it. But I did it today and my account is active and working.
