I have tried 2 different numbers and one alternate web site with no luck. In fact when I dialed the numbers the line just disconnected. Anyone have any info about the problems? Also, any more alternate numbers or web sites would be appreciated.
site was down most of the weekend. as for the phone, the 800-360-1111 is the right #. I did get the fast busy signal and disconnection but kept trying and eventually got thru. Usually took me a couple calls.
