you get what you pay for. you probably pay for one of the top tier internet packages.

the boys pays for the bare minimum.

depending on what package you have they cap your speeds at certain points.

if you go to speedtest.net you can see pretty much what you are capped at.

mine goes all the way up to 21.95mbps then flutters between 21.94 and 21.95 because its capped
