I hope this post finds you well. It's been awhile since we've "talked". LOL. Really hope you had a great summer and are enjoying the football season so far. I wanted to get your thoughts on something.

Whadda fantastic competiton this Major League Baseball is? They play 162 games and can't decide who the 8 best teams are :shrug:

I'd hate to have followed it all year to have it come down to one game. Doesn't seem like much of a glory year. Are you watching the O's on Friday?

Bobby: It is great to hear from you! It's been awhile. I'm sorry you were unable to attend this year's golf outing. You really missed a great weekend.

The baseball season ended with a few surprises (how about those Oriloes!) but we have a lot of the same faces showing up again for this year's WS chase. My Tigers made it again this year, so I definitely have a rooting interest. I will probably watch the Orioles to see if they can keep the drive alive, but I don't think they will get past the Rangers and Yankees.

I had no idea. Maybe if you posted everytime that you were watching a game I would have known. And they're in the real playoffs, right?
It's not that one game thing to keep the fans of the crappy teams interested? right?

I think the only Bears that I like is Tillman and the Rook Receiver. I really hate the rest of them. I'm waiting for the rebuilding to root for them again.

Hi Bob!

Well actually I have a lucky olla. It has a picture of Jim Zorn on it. I can't seem to keep it as clean as I used to. I had a lucky chamber pot as well but I traded it for a Brooks Robinson Fathead. I was a bit disappointed when I got it though as it was a picture of him from his coaching days so it is actually quite big.
The Fire are really exciting this year. I was thinking about asking for a sticky on them iin the General forum, what do you think?
I think this may be their year.
