I, like several others on this forum, was on the over. We deserved to not only lose but to get our a---- kicked. After seeing the NBA's equivalent (Chicago Bulls) the past 3 years, I'd forgotten one of the few lessons I've learned about horrible teams: when they play another horrible team, the offense is the first thing to go. One classic case I can think of the past 2 years is the "battle of Ohio" between the Bengals and Browns, while improved this season, there's little doubt they were 2 of the NFL's worst teams in 1999 and 2000. Here are 3 of the 4 games scores: 12-3, 24-7, and 18-17. Cincy actually exploded in one of the games. Then I looked at some scores of the 1999-2000 Chicago Bulls: Cleve 86 Bulls 81, Bulls 83 Cleve 74, Vancouver 85 Bulls 81, Bulls 74 Clippers 72, Vancouver 101 Bulls 76, Bulls 77 Washington 66. The lesson: go UNDER in these situations.
