Which one of these choices made you go that way.

#1 I always vote Republican

#2 Clinton Gore hangover.

#3 Bush's name recognition, Meaning his dad was president so I guess he can be too.

Be honest with your answers. There is no way you could have thought he was qualified or intelligent. I just want to know what made you go with him.

That said do you wish McCain would not have been smeared in South Carolina and been the nominee? I know I do :cursin:

4) ALthough not overly impressed with Bush, I was scared to death thinking about a Gore administration. I voted for Bush for that reason.

Fair enough Guys. I would have voted for McCain over Gore easily, but had to take gore over W. Thanks for the candid answers.

Clem D, sadly, the reason above is one of the same I'll give for voting for him again this year except replace "Gore" with "Kerry". I'm not kidding here, if the Democrats had fielded a viable candidate, I would have really looked at him hard.

I'm also with Bush on gun control and many more environmental issues than Kerry.
