Where can I download lines in XML format?

I'm looking for daily lines in a format I can download that I can use for programming.

Forget about any websites that display lines, the HTML is too difficult to parse and I can't guarantee that the webmasters don't make any changes.

XML format would be perfect.

Also, must be free.

I found one site that provides news headlines, etc in XML. But they don't provide odds/lines =(
