Follow all instructions on both sites to secure your accounts.

You don't buy "coins". You can buy $5 worth up to 10's of thousands worth.
You use your debit card or bank account to send money to circle, then you send the money from circle to blockchain, then you send it to the sportsbook. All that takes minutes.

They start you off with only $300 limit a week max. After a couple transactions, you request a higher limit and you get that in a few minutes. I requested a higher limit and got a limit of $3000 within 10 minutes. That was after 3 small transactions. 2 deposits and one withdrawal.
Start right there, that's all you need right now and you will eventually do it anyway. You just will and so will most people, so get your head start. After doing those 2 things you probably will have only a couple minor questions.
