Where can one find the 10QSB's

Captain or anyone else is there a particular site that offers this information for anyone wanting to look up share distribution etc. ?

Just go to yahoo or any other place you look up company info, and on the left side there is an option under "Company" for "SEC filings." If it is a penny stock put ".ob" after the ticker symbol (atleast at Yahoo) in the search option.
