Do you guys at madjacks have a particular site where you hold poker night?

Ive mainly signed up with a few books for the purpose of sports gaming, but would like to start playing poker as well.

It doesnt necisarily have to be a sportsbook, but what are some of your posters favorite sites to play texas hold em at ?

Im particularly interested in cash games and lower scale buy in tournaments.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Forget BoDog! They shorted my account $0.53
I recorded all my transactions within the poker room and sportsbook and went over the math ten times. I came up with the correct figure each time so I closed my account there. Fifty three cents, big deal, but to me its about principle and working with your customer when there is a discrepancy.

So far I have tried True Poker, Ultimate Bet, Pacific Poker.

Again, I dont care if its a sportsbook or straight up poker site. I would like to find a reliable place to game.

Thanks in advance

Thanks, I will start up at stars and more than likey noble as well. If I say madjacks sent me, is that good for any bonus or other?

If you here have a reference code for the madjacks site, r do i just simply list "madjacksports.com" as my reference?

If you are going to play alot on-line you need to get a rakeback deal from somebody. You can't imagine how much it really adds up considering it's not just calculated on the rake from the pots you win.

Get a rakeback deal from someone!

Infinity, I am sure thats a great program and it beats the hell out of the nothing alot sites give you, but in all honesty if you offer a cash rakeback deal you would get more players.

I was surprised to find out how much I got in my first month of rakeback from another site and while I do play alot I don't play that high of limits.

Personally I can no longer justify playing anywhere that I am not getting rakeback.

Good Luck.

Rakeback is figured like this, every hand you get dealt cards and there is rake taken every player gets credited with 10% of the rake to their MGR (Monthy gross revenue) weather you play the hand or not doesn't matter. At the end of the month if you have a rakeback deal you get 20-30% of your MGR paid back to you.

For example:

You play 2/4 limit holdem and play 100 hands a day (small example to keep it simple) and we will say 75 of those hands get raked at an average of 1.00 per hand (again small number to keep it easy). That would be $75 of rake and if it's a 10 handed table your MGR for the day is $7.50.
If you only play that minimal amount each day of a month your MGR would be $225 and you would be entitled to 20-30% of that back or roughly $50.

Even that 50 bucks is better than the nothing you probably get right now.

With all respect for Jack I won't mention sites that do not sponsor the forum, sorry. You can get my e-mail from Jack if you want to.

As far as getting a deal like this, you have to NOT already have an account at the sites, it MUST be a new account and you have to go through an affiliate to get a deal like this. I would advise going through and affiliate that you trust becasue there is nothing stopping them from ripping you off and the site will not care if you get burnt.

Usually affiliates get 25-30% rakeback from your play and in return for signing up with then they give you the majority of thier take. So if they have 100 players and are getting 3-5% of thier play as profit without investing any of thier own money it pretty profitable for them, but you still see guys who rip people off just the same.

I can hook you up with someone that is an affiliate for several major on-line sites if you want but you will have to get my e-mail. I went through him and I get paid every month right on time so I can vouch for him.

PF- At this point in time it doesn't matter much as I hardly play cards right now, but just checking in case that changes. I have accounts at Stars, Pacific, Party, Poker room and Empire. Does that mean I'd be ineligible for the rakeback deals?

And on that note, could you get around that by opening a new account in like my Mom or stepdad's name?

At this point in time I've got too much on my plate with work, baseball and football to even think about poker more than like an hour a week. But once the weather turns cold here in a few months, that's very likely to change, so I was curious.

It has to be a new account for sure and yes you would be inelidgable with an existing account. Opening a new account under another alias is very shaky and I have no idea what would happen if you got caught, though I imagine it is an option.

I agree with penguinfan. If you play online, even if its just a little bit each week its a clear advantage or edge that you have on everyone else
