sort of interesting...shouldn`t somebody go nighty-night here?...

the only guy that went the distance with haye, based on his record, was nearly impossible to stop...

barrett`s tasted the canvas numerous times, and i believe i`ve read some guys saying that haye`s chin isn`t exactly granite...

they`re roughly the same size..

under 7.5? ...maybe a small hedge on monte?..

should be a shoot-out...no?

When props get posted, my play, large I suspect, will be Haye INSIDE. Barrett will get broken down by a very heavy handed guy looking to make a strong statement at heavyweight.

unless he gets caught first.....he can`t overlook barrett, because barrett can hurt you...particularly if you`re moving up from cruiser with a reasonably suspect chin...

Haye inside should be pricey, -250 range I would think.

I'd rather take a shot with the under, I agree with gw this shouldn't last long, Barrett's chance here is to landy a lucky punch on a lunging Haye, this should be settled in a few rounds. Haye does keep his hands low.

I found under 7 for -175, was hoping for close to even.

tiny play here: Haye suffers a knockdown, wins fight +1400

also playing under 7, -175, large.

Haye inside.
Barett has reached journeyman status; i doubt he relishes a tearout and Haye dosn't waste time in there.

NJ I like that prop bet ! I could see Haye getting decked before he closes the show.

Either way, I agree with the consensus here...someone is getting KO'ed.

Most likely its Barrett (if Couser got him, Haye should)

but at the price Monte ITD might be worth a SMALL play

here's another neat prop: haye suffers a tko/ko/knockdown +400. Its +200 less than ko or tko alone, but Barrett isn't a strong finisher, this fight is in the UK, Haye will have be OUT before they stop it. A flash KD is more likely.

Haye is not that lumbering mook Tye Fields! I still say Haye INSIDE is my play. Faster hands. Barrett has fought lazy in the past ala Zab Judah. Definitely see knockdowns here either way.

These are my bets for this fight

Small on Barrett to beat Haye at +425.

Small on Barrett to beat Haye inside 3 rounds at +1600.

Very Small on Barrett to beat Haye in 1 round at +3300.

Haye will start fast looking to impress but he is fighting a guy who can punch pretty quick in Monte.

Hayes chin is God Awful. He has very good skills and a chin made of China. I would not be surprised to see him KO Monte quickly but I will alway's bet against Hayes chin when he is favoured by a lot.

Take a look at the second round against a Middleweight/Super Middleweight with 12 KO's in 40 fights.

haye has talent ...

the size difference was evident vs mock.......i`m sure haye has imprved quite a bit,but no doubt barrett has a puncher`s chance....

you have to think barrett will be confident coming off the fields debacle..

Paulie-points well taken. Barrett has seen decent opposition. Haye fought Mock 5 years ago; a fairly long time. He has improved no doubt. So maybe the play(s) are Haye/Barrett both to win inside. You should get very nice odds on Barrett inside so it a good hedge either way. As his weasel-ness stated, canvas tasting should be the order of the day.

Haye demolished Macca AND Mormeck much more convincingly than Bell did; i don't see 37 year old Barett with much chance here. He's not bigger than Haye, has a lot of wear and tear.

He probably gets bombed in the first, like against Mesi.

Crow Buddy,

He lost a Majority decision to Mesi that a lot of people thought he won.

Haye had a Bastard of a time with the old and crusty Mormeck who decked him once and staggered him a few times before getting caught himself.

I know the fight I posted was from Years ago and Haye has improved but there is nothing you can do to improve a china chin.

i think there' s no hype on this fight cuz the fight sucks

it's a setup to make Haye look like superman

really thongie?.......i think this is an excellent fight from a fan`s perspective.. and i think this has a high "could end early and violently" quotient...

i hope it`s streamed somewhere...

Prop:will either fighter be knocked down/out=YES.
Laying the heavy lumber on Haye SU for me is not in the cards, as Barrett can surprise at any time. I feel Haye is the harder puncher; more athletic and has greater hand speed, but if he keeps his left down by his knee he will get cracked surely. All things considered, in the end I think Haye gets the W, but I seek more value with any wagers on this one. Lets check out he props.
