Nearly 3 weeks now since i was forced to make the withdrawal b/c I live in the states. Have emailed them 5 separate times telling them I still haven't received my dinero! NO REPLY. Is anyone else having problems getting their cash? Perhaps i'm the only person they've singled out. Also, which book would you use now with all the limitations they've set on U.S. accounts?

Neemer, did you receive your money? I am in the same boat, I did make a phone call and sent several mails requesting explanation. I made my withdrawal 19 days ago, they just limit to say there is a over load of work, at least I did get a Reply. Let me know, any body else having this problem?

I'm still waiting here as well. I didn't bother to call because I didn't have a lot of money in the account anyhows. Lickily, I made a withdrawal a few days after I won on the Jeff Lacy fight in December. They told me they were going to send me a check Fed-Ex and it would take about 3 weeks. That was about three weeks ago....

NO! Do not use Sportsbook.com. They're the worst book I've ever seen. They wait as long as they can to post, only play the halves they want, etc. Stay away.

Received payment Friday morning! Was roughly about a 3 week turnaround. I guess the influx of withdrawal requests from U.S. citizens has really gotten the place behind the 8ball. I would love to know what % of their business was made up of people that live in the states? Perhaps HOOPS would know since he apparently has the "skinny" on the financial condition of the sportsbook. I do know that the publicly traded books from Europe and Canada have taken quite a beating over the last few months. I'm sure it has something to do with their individual decisions to stop doing business with U.S. customers.
Was a sportsbook.com customers a few years back and wasn't impressed with anything they did. Generic looking setup, and you're correct in your statement they pretty much picked and choosed which games they took action on. Had a dozen or so books over the last 5-6 years and Pinnacle was only the 2nd one that closed up shop. I wish I could remember the name of the other one that closed; I was lucky in getting my money back because I know quite a few people that got stiffed. There were a couple guys here at Madjacks that were instrumental in me getting paid. This business has REALLY changed over the last few years and is getting hard as hell to place an innocent bet on a damn sporting event. It REALLY sucks when you don't have the option to do biz with a local out. It's looking like 5dimes is damn near the last reputable place to stick your money. If anyone knows of some other places, please relay your suggestions.
