The first one is about a half mile from where lanny and my house is we both live in whitney ranch it will run you about 900 a month for a 2 bed room me myself i would look at copper hills right down the street its nicer for about the same price. warm springs one is ok but to much traffic.
Whitney ranch is one of the best matser planned communities in henderson great rec center golf course soon to be finished and no crime very well patroled by hpd. between it and antham they are the best place to live in the south west part of the valley. your right in the heart of all the newest part of the valley there. everything that you could want is with in 5 miles from you.
thats why i never go into vegas prefer the quite community with upscale living at nice price for where your at. with lots of recreation from golf to fitness to night life.
