I respectfully disagree. Phil Hellmuth is super super good. He's not a huge risk taker. He plays fairly loose in position but you will rarely see him piss away chips. Obviously I've never played against him but he would be the guy that you can steal 10 small pots from him throughout a tournament but he'd shove it up your ass for the big one.
Hence the old saying... You can bluff a good poker player.... You can't steal from a donkey.
