Yea, but what do you think? Will this give Chico the advantage Castillo had, or is it an indication that he hasn't trained as he should have? I think Casamajor is licking his chops at the whole affair. If he wasn't motivated enough before, I'd say he is good to go big time right about now. As you said, 5 freakin pounds! Something very stinky me thinks.

a whiff of ass?......maybe......lol

it was only a matter of time before a skinny guy like corrales had problems with the scale....i think he`s just growing out of the weight.....everybody picks a little up as they get older...

i wish i knew...really...how casa`as gonna approach this fight.....

i don`t think he`s as quick and clever as he used to be...but,i think he`s better served in more of a punchout...he was way to cautious in II....

what will the extra weight do?....corrales` power isn`t like, say, sugar ray leaonard`s power....it`s not as much a "speed is power" thing as it`s torque and leverage with those long arms.....

..it`s more like arguello`s..michael carbajal.....or probably most like bob foster`s ....yeah,foster...

this one could seing either way,obviously....

i honestly thought casa has looked diminished in his last few fights.......and i don`t usually put much emphasis on weigh-in photos.....but,in these pic`s,corrales looks gaunt and lackluster....look at that expression on his face.....

i just hedged my corrales parlay with a casa inside the distance prop at +369....

I was at the fight years ago with Corrales and Mayweather. Corrales had that same goofy look on his face then as he seems to have now. Also, the story goes he was goaded into this fight and really did'nt put this tops on his list of things to do. Once again, the old knuckle ball has been thrown.

Told you guys there would be controversy with these two involved...Wish there was a prop bet offered on that...

Frankie, you should go easy on my boy with your stink references...:nono: :nono: :nono:

He virtually starved himself trying to cut down the past couple of weeks and you can tell Corrales is upset about it. Unlike Castillo.

Yeh this is crazy. I have Corrales riding in a few parlays too and now I'm not sure if this extra weight is going to give Corrales an advantage or not.

Surely once Corrales has rehydrated he's gonna be atleast a stone heavier.

You think it's worth taking the under 10.5 at +115?

Well, I think it's safe to say Chico KNEW he would most probably not make weight as he supposedly did'nt eat since Tuesday with no effect. Wake up and smell the coffee. Just because he seems upset does not make his transgression any less than Castillo's. Of course, as you have personal feelings here, nothing said will make a difference. And you also made a veiled reference to something going to cause problems. Lets face, YOU KNEW!And my "stinky" comment could'nt possibly be directed at Corrales as he probably hasn't taken a dump in 4 days as he doesn't eat anymore.

Funny Frankie...I didn't know he was not going to make the weight and he is clearly much more upset about it than Castillo was both times...Very ironic and too bad as we all would have enjoyed a championship bout.

Agree. I always liked Corrales and know he will fight anyone, anywhere. It's just this stuff is getting old. Boxing deserves it's lousy reputation.

It is way old. But that is par for the course when it comes to guys like Casa, Chico, and Castillo...I don't know why but shit like this seems to happen to them. And when you put two of them together like this time (a fight that should never have been scheduled as Chico should taken the Diaz fight) then shit like this is just bound to happen.

Well lets hope for the best at this point, but I'm glad they are not charging for this one.

i watched some of the fight and what i saw i thought the wrong guy won. Corrales chased him every round i watched but like i said i didn't see the whole fight. I did see the bogus knockdown tho but in realtime action that was a tough one to call
