Who was the fantasy golf/wagering "guru" guy that published his own book/pdf?

Pretty sure some of you remember the guy that did a comprehensive book each year on PGA and Euro players outlooks for the coming year, states, etc. I thought the guy's name was Chapman or something? Anyone remember? Is he still doing that?

it was Elliott's Golf Form and he stopped doing that couple years ago ... golfobserver.com published a similar book 2 years ago, didn't last year, but might this year so i would check that

Thanks, that's right, I remember Elliot now. Anyone have anything they've read that might signal a big year from anyone, especially the more unheralded guys? Starting to find some things, but have to turn in a roster by midnight.
