Got that right. He just doesn't want to fight Pacman and he'll pull this unreasonable bullshit to get out of the fight and then turn it back on Pacquiao. Floyd is a complete phony and fraud. I anticipated something like this happening. We'll see how it plays out.
I'm surprised at the comments here. Pac should have no problem at all testing by whoever, however, whenever. Pac can go 12 rounds in a knock down drag out war, but won't allow a couple hundred CC's of blood drawn? Several days to recover from having that amount of blood drawn? BULLSHIT.

He'd afraid of a loss and looking bad. It would be a huge blow to his ego and I don't think he'd handle it well.
I don't think he's shivering in his boots type scared but he is uncomfortable and wary of the Filipino dynamo and the wrath he will bring. He's NEVER fought anyone close to that ability, poise and professionalism.
What could anyone possibly find in Pac's blood? He should call May's bluff and take the test. It is amazing how Pac has grown into a little monster so I'd be suspicious also.
