Why is Grambling only 3.5 fav over tex southern?

Tex southern is 13-20. Grambling is 24-8. Grambling beat them by 19 and 13 already this year. Grambling outscores their opponents by 7 and Tex southern is outscored by an average of 3. Line opened at 6.5 which is right around I thought it would.
Now its 3.5. I haven’t seen any injury reports or any other info. I believe Tex southern was the conference preseason favorite. So - based on all of that I’m biting. Texas southern plus the points is the play. Also considering taking them on the ml.

TSU battled Injuries for most of the year and they are just now getting healthy,. Also Grambling is Missing (Gordon) I think and he is a key rebounder. TSU is going to give them everything and probably win the offensive rebounding game. TSU injuries mess with the analytics and make it hard to price this game. Grambling is ?? defensive rebounding and TSU is dominant on the offensive glass... Gordon out for Grambling amplifies this.
