1. He favors giving money to those who don't pay taxes. Yes many of those in the lower tax brackets get refunds and don't pay a cent of payroll taxes. He now wants to pay them for working as little as possible. Call it socialism, communism, extreme liberalism, whatever. A pig is still a pig no matter how much makeup you put on it.
2. His religion. He went to Rev. Wright's black liberation church for 20 years. This is not a unifying theme.
3. His record. He has shown a consistent effort to not make tough decisions by voting "present" over 100 times. This is definitely not the indecisiveness we need in a leader.
4. His lack of control of his campaign. It seems like his campaign puts out statements that he didn't endorse (see slam on Palin minutes after she was announced that he later denounced). he makes stupid comments (see a pig with lipstick) and then acts like it was taken out of context (after most of his crowd clearly reacted as if they knew what it referred to). Now he blames the media/McCain for reacting to his stupid political move/blunder. Do we really want a guy who mumbles without his teleprompter negotiating with world leaders?
5. Speaking of which, do we want this guy negotiating anything? What is his experience in negotiation? (Other than with Bill Ayers, terrorist).
6. Energy. Don't think for a second he won't follow company line and refuse to drill off the coast and in other reserves. Why would OPEC take him seriously when he lobbies for increased output when he won't drill at home?
7. The economy. His plan to increase taxes on the upper class (which creates jobs) and businesses (which creates jobs) and capital gains (which creates jobs through investments) is a horrible idea. Even he is starting to admit as such.
