RECORD 2-1 sides. 0-0 totals. (+1 UNIT)
Everyone and their mom is on UC. That spells trouble. The bookmakers have two jobs, one to take wagers and another to make lines. Its their ass if they screw up, so they usually know what they are talking about. I think TCU is the play here, and Ill tell you why.
I just wrote a huge writeup, and have no idea what happened to it:shrug: . Basically, TCU's defense is probably the best in CUSA, and I think very highly of their RB Kenny Hayter who is a transfer from Texas. UC allowed 4.7 yards rushing last year, which is very porous. The running game opens up the pass, and TCU returns 2 of CUSA's best WR in Williams and Madise. They also return 4 of 5 starting OL, 6 of 8 DL, 4 of 6 LB, and 3 of 4 starting DBs. Both teams special teams is very good. I also thought QB Printers last year for TCU was vastly overrated and his #'s proved it. Look for some option, and a smashmouth running attack against a sub-par UC "D." This is also Gary Patterson's second year of coaching at TCU, a nice angle in wagering b/c everyone knoes the system. 4 points is a key number, so give me the better team +4 for 1 unit.
