dirk hasnt been shootin it that well besides last game in portland.. it doesn mess the rotation up, but it just means we see more of dallas best scorer, vince carter..
gives brandan wright a chance as well to get back at his former team ;-)

dirk isnt a big assist man so he doenst really make his team go.he doesnt set up guys and make them better.. obviously when he is draining its a huge lift.. But only thing they really do is the pick and roll with collinson and dirk steps back...i like collison,mayo, and especially carter to pick up the slack.. carter scores 25 tonight

I had already bought Dallas +3.5 (-120) earlier as I love buying tight lines. Worked out well for me and glad Vince missed the last second 3 pointer. A win is a win! I'll take it... not sure Dirk was worth so many points at this point in his career. Yes, he's a HOF'er, but his game was always based on shooting and hoops knowledge, not overall skill. Dirk should be retiring within the next couple years. Should have pounded the Under

Nowitzki was listed as doubtful coming into this one, so it's not really a surprise that he's out again on Friday. Look for O.J. Mayo, Vince Carter and Brandan Wright to be the biggest beneficiaries of Nowitzki's absence in fantasy leagues. Feb 1 - 11:40 AM
