Just opened an account. Bitcoined in $. Funds still not there 4 hours later. Called customer service and I was told wrong information twice and laughed at the other 2 times. Thought this was supposed to be top tier book? Horrible customer service

Yup. The one credit card I use on 5Dimes (with Citi) came up with a fraud alert yesterday. The rep with the fraud department told me someone out in California tried to use it.

I'm just a little nervous going forward about using a new card... my credit card company all ready sent me a new card...

WoW! I had no idea other people were getting hit with the fraudulent charges too! As I just posted in another thread, I was hit for a total of $2200 in fraudulent charges. Very, very inconvenient and 5Dimes and myself have mutually separated after more than nine years.

Just received my check that got returned from bookmaker.eu due to "The check is from a frozen or blocked account." This is ridiculous!! Anyone have this issue with them? Got hit with a return check fee as well. So angry!!!!

I have been with this site Since they changed over from bodog and was a bodog customer since 2004. So let me get to the point. Last night I go 5-0 live bets in NBA.
This isn't the first time I wagered live in NBA but it will be the last. I hit them for $2500 total on the 5 wagers and to my disgust this morning I log in to check any line movement and notice my account is short $2500.
So I check my wager history and all bets that were posted winners last night are now saying "outcome canceled".
So I give bovada a call and ask wtf is going on. The lady said they canceled all of those wagers based on the fact of a line discrepancy.
I have lost several times on live betting (more than I have won) and did they ever credit my account on a line discrepancy??? Of course not.
Apperantly if you win they can choose to cancel the bet that they offered with the line they set.
This is just wrong on so many levels and now I have to cancel my account with this corrupt site.
Their lines and juice are awful anyways, I just like to line shop when searching for a game. I have a bookmaker account which has never screwed me over. Bovada is a hack betting site and discourage anyone from using them so be careful if you are.

Man i just hit for 1500 but 1 game was a push so it knocked it down to 800 and some change. I cashed out and still waiting for my money

I have heard this from others who use Bovado about live betting. The ticket is processed as valid bet and then 24 hours later cancelled. That's criminal. My site will take forever to process a live bet and 50% of the time they dont go through- which is frustrating however its not a processed ticket. Leave Bovado and cause a stir.

Don't do it. Chase bank just deducted $1300.00 from my acct due to international collections. The check from BM got returned because bookmaker.eu bank account was frozen or blocked. I call and they are telling me to send the letter from the bank to them. The biggest headache ever.

I've read a few threads of the processors being compromised. Well, this morning, my bank account had two unauthorized charges from a processor bookmaker uses. I've emailed them about the incident with the proper documentation. I'll keep the forum posted.

I had four charges back in May hit my account that I disputed. Turns out they just surface with 5Dimes two weeks ago. They locked my account out and won't open it back up until I pay them the disputed amount.
After going around with customer service a few times they offered me a "meet-in-the-middle" scenario. Suffice to say I didn't take it. Now I am on the search for another book after a very strong relationship with them. Sadly, I didn't want to leave them but they left me with no other options (in my opinion).

I've seen many posts regarding 5Dimes and fraud. About 3-4 weeks ago I was notified by my bank that a charge was trying to go through for about $705 but was declined so I had to get a new card. About a week later another card company notifies me about a Train ticket that was purchased on my card and had to get a new card for a different company.
Both cards never had fraud on them until I recently started to fund my 5Dimes account with them. I think it's obvious that 5Dimes is the culprit of these charges.
Very frustrating! I'd be curious to hear more about your situation as time goes on.

Sadly I am in the same boat. Had $500 worth of fraudulent charges on my card last week. 5D customer service ensures that their processors are secure and just keeps giving me the run around.
I don't expect anything from 5D, but maybe some sort of acknowledgement and an apology, but nope. I'll take my business elsewhere now.

There is def something going on at 5dimes, and of course they won't acknowledge it. I am done with that book...and if it is your only option, use bitcoin at least.

I was involved in an incident with a book that will go unnamed right now. They owe me approx. 2800 and were pissed I asked where my money was after not having my payout request accepted after two weeks ....
I was told by the headman that my account was closed and the payout girl would call she hasn't "called" there were 3 payouts totaling before mentioned $. Is there anyone I an get my money! I just ask for advice not any further "DAMAGE"
