"immigration law" is, uh, quite vague. please explain exactly what law(s) mayorkas has broken. as gary mentioned, congressional republicans already tried to impeach him. so there's really only 2 options... 1) he did not actually violate any laws or 2) congressional republicans are incompetent idiots who have the evidence they claim to, but still can't get an impeachment. which is it?

i know, it's difficult. when your choice of media keeps telling you over and over that he VIOLATED IMMIGRATION LAW, of course you're going to believe it.

oh, and as far as "providing false testimony to congress"... assuming he was sworn in, and i assume he was, then lying to congress is a crime. i'm not familiar with his testimony because, duh, it was a sham "investigation" and not worth my time. but i'm sure you can provide examples of his lie(s).

and since you feel so strongly that people lying to congress should be prosecuted, then you must agree that kavanaugh, coney barrett, and gorsuch should be prosecuted, right?
