The Shockers won their first league road game in 2 years on Wednesday. It was by 1 pt. to a lowly Indiana St. squad, but you have to start somewhere.

Now they return home, -10 against lowly Evansville.

The team is pumped about the road win, there are no injuries and they are well rested. Inductees to the Shocker Hall of Fame are to be honored at halftime. There should be a full house.

Every power rating index has WSU a lot close to 15 better than 10.

They have the edge in every statistical category.

Dan Lytle is back for Evansville from minor knee surgery. He looked real good in their last game. But the coaching staff worries about his conditioning and the fact that they play SMS on Monday. His minutes may artificially be limited.

Everything points to a big WSU win like last week vs. Drake.

Every game their doing exactly what I think they will do......it's scary. I didn't have a clue what I was going to have for lunch today, (not only that, I can't remember either) but I've had this team pegged for about 3 weeks now.

Crieghton is their next opponent. That will be a tough call. I'll post on it, even to say if I can't find a side. Afraid the book might catch up to the Shocks (at least at home). Would love to see Creighton favored, but I doubt it.

I'm hoping the next time they go on the road, they'll get the respect that they DON'T deserve. At least not yet. That's where some money can be made.
