I was just wondering if any of you fellow madjackers were panic fans? I am about as big a fan as they come, i've only seen them about 65 times in concert all over the US:D

I go see them every year when they come to Oak Mountain Amphitheater. I have a Buddy ( deadhead1013 ) that is a panic freak! and he always gets extra tickets and goodies for the shows! But as a whole they are just tolerable to listen to. Dave is the show I like to see;)

I'm not a fan of the mainstream (DMB), but they were good before they went the mtv root. Widespread is also a family of friends, much like madjackers. I thought ya'll were talking about Dave Schools, the bassist for panic, he knows how to drop the BOMBS, i promise you that.

Blue, i've been to every oak mnt show since '97 they always rule, but my fav is mud island amp, mabeye i'm biased.

How 'bout the smoke you can pick up at these shows:eek:

I am a Panic fan. About DMB, back when I use to live in Richmond we use to go to the Flood Zone (a wharehouse/bar downtown) and watch their practice sessions on Wednesday nights I think it was. They would open up the practices for people to come and hang out and the bar would sell beer and stuff. This was when they basically only had a small local following in Va. Thinking back to that it astounds me how huge they got.

Before I started to school at Auburn I used to go visit a couple of friends down there. Well one night we went and saw a Band that was relatively unknown called the Dave Matthews Band at a little place called the War Eagle Supper Club! They were the Bomb then and I'm with the rest of ya, to commercial nowadays! But still relish the early music! Even now that is about the only music I like to play on my guitfiddle!
