yup.... i WANT it to happen. I hope to hell that the owners grow a sack of nutz and take a stand and refuse to be bullied by these ego driven players demanding more and more money and not giving anything back.
Why dont they just take away A-Rod's paycheck/contract and give him the Montreal Expos instead?
And there is no doubt that Bonds will ask for so much money next time around the owners could just give him the Twins and call it even.
I want to see baseball suffer big time, this go around. Unfortunately, there are going to be the people that will come back to the game and support all these antics so we can go thru it all again a few years down the road.
I want to see the rest of the season canceled. kaput. done. Lets go cheer for the AAA ball and little league world series.... hell, its more exciting anyway.
Maybe if we get really lucky, baseball will self destruct and we wont have it around any more. That way the Giant Ego (barry bonds) wont have the opportunity to go for Hank Aaron's HR record and have his head swell up so damn much he needs his own ball park named after himself.
