My individual plays are going to be light but there are a couple of futures I like.

Rafa to win +275 (5.0 to win 13.75)

----I have said this before. When Rafa is healthy, he is the toughest player to beat in a best of five format. Roger has shown kinks in the armor and was beaten here ONCE before. This is Federer's home court and whomever wins the title most certainly will have to go through him. I trust the man who has done it 14 of the 21 times they have met, including 5 of the 7 major finals they have played for.

Marin Cilic to win 2nd Mens Quarter +800 (2.0 to win 16.0)

---This is the most wide open of the four quarters, IMO. Roddick leads the group and while he is certainly an accomplished grass court player, he has proven to be inconsistent in London and has failed to make it past the quarters 3 of the last 4 years. Cilic has the firepower to hit with anybody and leads the H2H 2-1 against Andy. Djokovic and Hewitt round out the top four men in this quarter, although those two could meet before the quarters. Cilic must overcome history here, as he has advanced to a major semifinal just once in his career, although it was earlier this year in Australia (where he happened to beat Andy Roddick along the way)

Justine Henin to win +800 (2.5 to win 20.0)

----Justine has said this tournament was the reason she chose to come back. "It is a dream of mine," Henin said. "I want to work to get it. I make it a priority." It is difficult to select anybody NOT named Williams here, as they have combined to win 8 of the last 10 titles here, but with the lack of talent at the top of the woman's game and Justine's desire for this elusive title, I could find worse ways to spend my money.

Adding (against my better judgment) the following parlay:

Berdych -495
Mayer -320
Mayer & Lu UNDER 39.5 -123

Risking 1.5 units to win 2.71 units

Serena to win +137 7.3 units

20-4. Together these two numbers make up the hours in a day, a now-defunct show on Fox, and most importantly Serena's head-to-head record against the women remaining on her side of the draw. The other side of the draw contains Venus Williams, you may have heard of her, she won this tournament only five times. Both Henin and Clijster have won multiple slams and Zvonoreva and Bartoli are accomplished players as well.

If this were the 2010 World Cup, Justine and Kim would be England and Germany, two heavyweights forced to slug it out to early in the tournament, Venus would be Spain, waiting for whomever was lucky enough to survive that encounter, and Serena would be Brazil. A powerhouse who has won the tournament multiple times and faces what is certainly an inferior bracket of teams.

Wimbledon: 12-10-2 +4.19 units

Fear the Asian!! That is the message I took from yesterdays upset of Andy Roddick by Lu. Which leads me into the following play...

Na Li +405 1.19 units

Parlay: Serena 1st set games OVER 9.5 & Kvitova/Kanepi 0VER 21.5 games 2 units to win 5.8

Wimbledon: 13-11-2 +8.8 units

There are many mouthwatering match-ups on tap for tomorrow. Each of the higher seeds faces a stern test..An early parlay for Wednesday.

Berdych UNDER 37.5 games (-102) & Djokovic OVER 36.5 games (-102)
Murray -4.5 games (-125)
Murray UNDER 39.5 games (-102)

Each for 2 units...

Nadal-Soderling is priced just right in my opinion. They know all the squares will jump on Nadal at this price while sharps can't exactly pound Soderling. Perfect odds. The bookies are smart. Stay away for me.
