Thanks, kick. Will be eagerly awaiting. Not that I know tennis or anything, but was looking at the outright odds the other day and I kind of liked the looks of Paradorn at 50+ to 1. Now seeing him playing well in the lead ups, I'm kind of liking him even more carrying in confidence. What are your thoughts on this, kick? Does he stand a chance to throw a flyer on?

Im going to play a future on someone in that second bracket, but not leaning on Bjorkman. His odds are astronomical for your bet however.

The odds on Paradorn are right due to the upper talent there alongside him - IMO.

Playing a future on Fed is ridiculous at the price he pays out. He's a machine, but with 128 players and a return of less than 1.5 to 1.0 - thats insulting.

Still seething from losing out on 2 championship points on my unhedged Coria future at RG. More to come...

Played 2 womens matches Day 1

Craybas + 170
Irvin +300

Small futures on Bjork +175/1 and Fish +80/1, took a flyer on Popp +200/1 as well with those odds. Im talking beer money to win well, lots and lots of beer money I suppose.

EDIT: Almost forgot Mirnyi +150/1

Will the rain ever go away?

It's Wimbledon though and it wouldn't be Wimbledon without rain. I'd hate to be one of the players sitting around waiting.

At least by, I think, by 2009 centre court is getting a roof.
