If Nadal stays healthy then he is the guy to beat in my opinion, not Fed.
Fed is showing signs of being on the wrong side of his career but he is still a beast.

I agree. Roger st the bar so high, for so long, that he had nowhere to go but down. As much as this will pain kickserv, you can make a Venus/Serena analogy with these two players. I promise no pictures, Kick!!

Roger and Venus carry themselves with a certain level of grace both on and off the court. They are both long, posses outstanding serves and dominated the game for many years. While able to overpower many of their opponents, these two champions relied on smart tactics more often than not. They have made Wimbledon their "home court" over the years.

On the other hand, Nadal and Serena will fight you for every single point. They play like an angry bull on the court, ready to charge at a moment's notice. For many years they played in the shadow of the older, more experienced and revered champions. Both players feel more at home on the dirt in Paris.

Wayne......you just set me off:scared

I just :mj02: when I read the following:

Roger and Venus carry themselves with a certain level of grace both on and off the court.

WHAT:eek:

As you know I used to play on the tour (yes I sucked) but trust me when I tell you this:

Venus and Serena are scum. Complete fucking scum. Venus "off the court" is so different then her "on camera persona". I could have a couple tourney directors give you a call and you would be shocked at all the shit these bitches get away with. Yes it is not as bad as before, but I assure you Venus is far from "graceful". To even mention Venus in same breath as Roger is hilarious. Roger is 100 percent class and will go out of his way for the media and fans. Ok I'll stop I could go on and on but I'll stop. Let me just say YOU ARE DEAD wrong on the whole "grace off the court" shit.

Now point two...........this is even worse:

"Nadal and Serena fight for every point"

WHAT:scared

Serena has tanked many matches. To even compare her to Nadal is a disgrace. Serena will never and I mean never give credit to a chick when she is beaten she'll always make excuses.....always. And if things are not going well for her she will quit. It doesn't happen as much as it used to but the scum bitch will quit if you press her. The problem is that the female tour is filled with whiney bitches who have no fight in em. If you get into Serena's head she "will not fight". Nadal on the other hand......ok I won't go there, you get my point.

Oh and another thing, never compare the chick game to the men's game. Never. It is like comparing a 5 year old T-ball player to Albert Pujols:

these two champions relied on smart tactics more often than not.

Venus hasn't used a "smart tactic" in her life. Her game is power. If the chick tour wasn't made up of so many stupid fragile cunts Venus would not be as dominant on the grass. She wins with power. Venus like her sister have no clue how to adapt when things are not going right. Trust me when I tell you Venus doesn't win matches because of her "brain" and "tactics". Fuck look at them play doubles. They have no idea what they are doing, none. Yet they win. You realize that when I was playing in the NCAA's me and my partner would DESTROY the sisters, yes kill em.

Ok.....I think you can see I am a little steamed. :142smilie

All good Wayne...all good...you just set me off.

Oh and if you are wondering why none of the guys in the Top 200 say anything about the female game it is because they can't. The ATP Tour has strict and I mean strict policies on saying anything about the chicks. It is better to bet on the guy you are playing
against then say one negative thing about the female game. In the last 5 years I have never heard one negative comment from any player, not one. There is a reason for that.

Although.....I do remember when Karsten Braasch (ranked 203 at the time) challenged the sisters and the sisters accepted. Braasch smoked two packs of cigarettes DURING the match (some points he ran around the court with the cig in his hand). He beat em 6-1 6-2 and even had one beer on a changeover:mj07: Braasch got in big trouble from the ATP and since that time you never hear anything negative about the female game.

Oh and if I had a gun to my head I'd go with Fed at +150

I don't think Nadal will make the final.

But in terms of odds I like:

Roddick, Andy 14-1

KARLOVIC, Ivo 200-1

CILIC, Marin 70-1

VERDASCO, Fernando 125-1

YOUZHNY, Mikhail 250-1

Roddick 14-1?? I know he showed up last year but come on. I would pass on him if he was 1400-1.

Speaking of those odds:
$2 to win on Benneteau at 1000-1 wins $2K.

It seems that I was one tournament too early on him. The pressure to win in front of his people was too much.
